Intakes
Our undergraduate intake is in September and you can apply for direct entry with a foundation in business, STPM, A-levels, UEC (senior middle) or other suitable qualification. SPM, IGCSE and equivalent holders can enrol on the 12-month International Foundation Programme (IFP) which allows direct progression to the BSc Real Estate degree. There are two intakes for IFP every year – in April and September.
Scholarships
Scholarships are available based on academic merit. The “Provost’s Award”, equivalent to a 100% discount on programme fees, is reserved for the most outstanding students in each year group. Students who demonstrate exemplary academic ability and results will automatically receive a “High-Achiever’s Scholarship” with discounts of up to 30% on programme fees.
